Nathalie is a senior consultant in charge of MedConsult’s “Health Economics Evaluation” division. With a master’s degree in health economics and a master’s degree in public health, Nathalie has held several positions as a health economist, first at INSERM, then at the Haute Autorité de Santé within the “Economic Evaluation and Public Health” (SEESP) department for nine years. In 2009, Nathalie took charge of the “Innovation and Health Economics Evaluation” department within the Clinical Research and Innovation Division at the Bordeaux University Hospital, a position she held until September 2021, when she joined MedConsult.

Nathalie’s role is to assist medical device and pharmaceutical companies in analyzing the economic, organizational, and budgetary implications of their technologies, as well as regulatory requirements regarding the production of health economic data (efficacy assessments, economic arguments, budget impact analyses) for market access, and to define, develop, and monitor the health economic studies conducted. Drawing on her experience in clinical research and in the methodology and statistical analysis of trials, Nathalie also provides support to Market Access teams on these matters.

Valérie is a senior market access consultant at MedConsult.

A biological engineer by training (Polytech Nice Sophia), she also holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology Management from the IAE in Lyon (University of Lyon III) and a certification in medical statistics (CESAM – University of Paris VI) with a specialization in epidemiology. Valérie has extensive experience in reimbursement and market access for healthcare products. Since 2004, she has held various positions at international pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies (Aventis, Novartis, Pfizer, Amgen), always focused on the evaluation, financing, and reimbursement of healthcare products. She has thus developed extensive expertise in market access strategies, encompassing regulatory, clinical, health economic, and commercial aspects. Since 2013, Valérie has worked as a consultant, supporting numerous companies in the MedTech sector through the market access process for their products. Initially an independent consultant (Valua), she joined MedConsult in 2022.

Valérie’s role is to assist medical device manufacturers in understanding the regulatory environment and funding channels for healthcare products in France, conduct market analyses, develop market access strategies, oversee the preparation of medical-technical and economic dossiers, and manage their submission to health authorities and payers.

Hela is a licensed pharmacist who completed her studies with a Master’s degree in “Health Economics and Market Access” at Paris Dauphine University.

After three years of experience in market access, reimbursement, and drug pricing consulting at Creativ-ceutical, Hela joined MedConsult in June 2021.

Since joining the company, she has been involved in numerous market access projects (strategic analyses and recommendations, drafting of medical-technical and economic dossiers, etc.), and she is also a member of MedConsult’s “Health Economics” division.

Hélène joined Medconsult in February 2021 and works as a market access consultant. She holds a degree in pharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Nantes and a Master’s degree in “Market Access and Health Economics” from Paris-Saclay University.

Her knowledge of the medical device industry enables her to conduct insightful strategic analyses to guide companies toward the most effective path to reimbursement for their innovative devices. She is also responsible for drafting medical-technical and economic dossiers.

Amal joined MedConsult in 2023, first as an intern and then as a work-study student.

She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacy and a Master’s degree in “Market Access & Health Economics” from Paris-Saclay University, and currently works as a market access consultant at MedConsult.

She is involved in a variety of tasks, such as conducting strategic analyses and preparing reimbursement applications, while also contributing to health economics projects alongside Nathalie and Hela.

Camille joined MedConsult in October 2024 and is a market access consultant.

With a Ph.D. in Pharmacy and a Master’s degree in “Market Access and Health Economics” from Paris-Saclay University, she brings prior experience in the field of digital medical devices, offering a comprehensive perspective and a practical approach to the challenges of market access for health technologies.

Since joining the company, she has been involved in various projects, including preparing reimbursement claims and conducting strategic analyses.

After joining MedConsult in 2022 as a work-study student while pursuing her Master’s degree in Financial Expertise at ESAM (IGS Group), Schelsea joined the team on a permanent contract in 2024 as a management controller. She has since been working in MedConsult’s accounting and finance department.

Her availability, independence, and versatility enable her to successfully handle a wide range of tasks, including bookkeeping and billing management. She also serves as MedConsult’s primary point of contact for all billing-related matters.

Margaux joined MedConsult in April 2025 as a market access consulting intern as part of her fifth year in the pharmaceutical program at the University of Dijon, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. Since September 2025, she has been continuing her work-study program with the team while pursuing a Master’s degree in “Health Economics and Market Access” at Paris Dauphine-PSL University.

She is involved in a variety of projects, such as conducting strategic analyses and preparing reimbursement dossiers for medical devices. Her commitment to improving patient access to innovative medical devices and her experience in teamwork make her an asset in supporting manufacturers with their market access strategies.

Margot joined MedConsult in May 2025 for an internship focused on market access. Since September 2025, as part of her sixth year at the Bordeaux School of Pharmacy, she has been continuing her work-study program with the team while pursuing a Master’s degree in “Health Economics and Market Access” at Paris Dauphine-PSL University.

Driven by her desire to learn and her ability to work as part of a team, she is expanding her knowledge and developing new skills at MedConsult. She actively participates in a variety of projects, including conducting strategic analyses and preparing reimbursement applications.
